Why the change?

While physical theater screenings offer a single evening in a local venue, independent films often need lasting visibility and critical discourse to move forward. We are shifting our focus toward long-term media exposure, critical analysis, and direct industry feedback.

How the 6th Edition Works:

No Physical Screenings: For this edition, LISFF will not hold theatrical venue screenings.

Evaluation & Feedback for All:

Every submitted film is watched and evaluated by our selection team. The fixed $10 submission fee covers this evaluation process, and all submitters will receive a written evaluation/feedback report on their project.

Official Selection & Publication:

Submitting does not guarantee publication on the platform. Only films chosen as part of the Official Selection will receive a published critical review, featured spotlight, and permanent archive on AVFRI.com.
